I work in ICT for UK local government and qualified to ITIL Foundation in October 2005 and am currently trying to fund my manager's certificate. I have an interest in improving the way we work and see ways in which best practice such as ITIL could benefit us. This blog includes my random thoughts regarding process improvement, project management, ITIL, e-government, personal development, and no doubt the odd comment on the frustrations of working in local government!
